About the New i49
What happened to the i49 store? i49 has transitioned from a seed bank to a cannabis reviews and education site. We no longer sell seeds directly. Our trusted partners handle all seed sales going forward.
Why did i49 make this change? After years in the cannabis seed industry, we felt we could serve the community better as an independent editorial resource — one focused purely on helping growers find the right genetics and learn the craft, without the pressures of running an ecommerce operation.
Is i49 still affiliated with the same team? Yes. Same brand, same people, same commitment to the cannabis community. The format has changed, not the values behind it.
Will i49 keep publishing new content? Yes — we publish new strain reviews, grow guides, and best-of lists every week. You can subscribe to our newsletter to get new content delivered directly to your inbox.
Past Orders
I placed an order with i49 before the transition. Where is it? If your order was placed before our transition date, it has been fulfilled normally. If you haven't received your order or have concerns about its status, please contact us directly at support@i49.net or call 1 (240) 618-2744 and we'll look into it for you.
Can I still get a refund on a past order? Yes. If you have a legitimate refund request related to a past i49 order, please reach out to our support team with your order details and we'll work through it with you. Email support@i49.net with your order number and a description of the issue.
My seeds didn't germinate. What do I do? If your seeds were purchased from i49 prior to our transition and failed to germinate, contact us at support@i49.net with your order number and details. For seeds purchased from our partner sites going forward, germination guarantees are handled directly by each partner — all of whom offer strong germination policies.
I received the wrong item. How do I fix this? Contact us at support@i49.net with your order number and a description of what you received. We'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What happens now? Email us at support@i49.net with photos of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number. We'll review and sort it out.
Why can't I log into my i49 account? The i49 ecommerce store has been taken offline as part of our transition to a content site. Your old account and order history are no longer accessible through the website. If you need specific order information, contact us directly and we can look it up for you.
Where is my order history? Order history from the old i49 store is no longer accessible online. If you need records of a past order for any reason, email support@i49.net with your name and email address and we'll do our best to retrieve the details.
Can I change or cancel a past order? If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes. Contact us immediately at support@i49.net or call 1 (240) 618-2744. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Do your partners ship discreetly? Yes. All of our seed partners ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
